Villa Stouvega – Zakynthos, Greece
One of our largest villas, Stouvega’s hamlet location sets it apart. A beautifully restored farmhouse, with accommodation arranged across three buildings sleeping 16 and with two further sleeping areas, it’s the ideal base for lots of families and friends, or a special celebration. Extensive gardens and several large dining areas make for perfect outdoor living, and for those who like to eat out, Stouvega is close to local restaurants.

There are 9 bedrooms split over three buildings (6 double or twin en-suite bedrooms, 1 double en-suite bedroom and 2 double or twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.). There are three bedrooms in each building, The main house and annex are connected architecturally, but there is no internal access from one to the other.

There is a daily clean with a midweek linen change and a Saturday changeover. Guests can self cater, eat at the club, or eat at one of the many and varied local restaurants. For a real treat, why not opt for the shopping or hamper service or, for a complete rest – villa hosting?

activities
With a membership for the Peligoni club it gives you access to all the facilities and activities that the it has to offer and there’s no end of things to occupy the whole family for a week or more. The water sports here are excellent, with tuition for beginners and a whole host of equipment that the more experienced can use. There’s sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding kayaking, and when the conditions are good, water skiing, wakeboarding and wake surfing. There is also a speed boat that guests can hire.
For people who prefer to stay dry, the club has tennis courts and coaching and bike hire with guided tours. And for those who can’t sit still for long, there are fitness classes and a gym. Alternatively, take advantage of some free time and just book into the Spa for a couple of treatments. There is always something going on, so be sure to keep an eye out for evening events too.

The Peligoni strikes the perfect balance for active families. The childcare here always gets rave reviews, from its crèche to the brilliantly organised Sharky & George kids’ activity programmes, to the teen activities. Children can learn to sail or windsurf, have kayaking and paddle boarding tuition and will come away having made a lot of new friends and had a very active holiday.
The Peligoni Club
Villa Stouvega is attached to The Peligoni Club – a unique concept which allows all the family to relax away from the villa in their own way. The club is the base of all the activities and services for guests booked into one of our villas and in our opinion a great perk to your holiday. With a laid back vibe it is a members only beach club that offers a relaxed style of luxury. With excellent childcare, water sports, biking, yoga, long lunches with friends, the club is a hub of conviviality and fun, whatever your age.
Peligoni is a membership club, so when you book a villa, you’ll also need to book membership that covers your entire stay.

Located in a rural setting with magnificent views in the north of Zakynthos in Greece. It is about a 45 minute drive from Zakynthos airport. We recommend hiring a car (we can help you with this), but transfers can also be easily arranged. It is a 12 minute drive from the beach club.
