The catered and self-catered chalets that we run in Méribel have formed the foundations of the Fish&Pips recipe. Now we are delighted to invite you to experience Fish&Pips in the sun with our personally selected hotels and self-catered villa collection in our favourite holiday destinations – Greece, Portugal and Mallorca.
We handpick each chalet, hotel and villa for its location; its individual personality and charm, only choosing places we like to stay ourselves. Our chalets are all moments from the slopes in Méribel Village; our Three Valley hotels are sophisticated and intimate and our Mediterranean hotels and villas go from off the beaten track to cosmopolitan luxury. Our chalet chefs are professionally trained, creating menus to suit each guest, and each hotel has its own individual approach to local and seasonal cuisine.
We have extensive knowledge on each destination, sharing our personal insights to create a unique and very special travel experience.
