Get Engaged with Fish and Pips

We are all delighted to hear the news that two of our guests got engaged this week while on holiday in one of our ski chalets in Val d’Isere. Antoine proposed to Nadia in the beautiful restaurant La Luge on Wednesday evening, but it so nearly went wrong.

Antoine thought it would be funny to substitute the ring for a plastic one, but when he came to give Nadia the real one he couldn’t find it. Panic ensued with the whole restaurant being turned upside down. Eventually Antoine returned to Chalet Isere in Val d’Isere to find the ring safe and sound in the pocket of another pair of trousers. Phew!!
