Catered & Self-Catered Ski Chalets in Meribel & Val d’Isère
F&P’s emphasis is on delicious food and luxurious accommodation in some of the Alps’ finest resorts.
Going into our 10th winter, Fish & Pips have built up a portfolio of nine chalets in Meribel and four chalets in Val d’Isère. The majority of our chalets are catered, featuring award winning chalet food from our outstanding chefs, although we have recently also expanded our self-catered portfolio to five properties in total.
As a small ski holiday company we are able to get to know you as our guests and look after your every need from start to finish. All of our chalets are in keeping with our core values, they’re not fussy but they are comfortable and welcoming, and are situated in unbeatable locations – literally just metres from the ski slopes!
In our eyes a good ski holiday is not complete without good food. This is why we strive to provide some of best dining experiences in the Alps by carefully hand-picking chefs with restaurant experience; who are extremely flexible and adaptable to our guests needs. Both our Val d’Isère and Meribel chalets are well catered for with breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner all taken care of so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. We were also pleased to be the winners of the Times Chalet Chef.
At Fish & Pips we pride ourselves on our top-notch service. Our hand-picked staff are friendly yet professional; attentive without being invasive; and are focused on getting to know you and everything you require for a perfect holiday. Most of all they are full of enthusiasm for fabulous food and great snow!
We can help organise every aspect of your trip – ski school, transfers, ski hire, ski passes and anything else you can think of. Our team will be on-hand throughout your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your holiday will be about great skiing, delicious food and proper relaxation. Leave everything else to us!

All staff were lovely, very helpful and very good at their respective jobs. We normally book with another high end (and far more expensive!) tour operator and we felt that this overall experience was at least as good. We will book again with Fish & Pips. Truly one of the best – if not the best – ski chalet experience I have had. This really is a first class operation. It is a bench mark by which all chalet holidays should be judged. There was not one chink in the amour. Please pass on our warm thanks and appreciation to all those mentioned above.
Ash and Fi have absolutely made this holiday for us, the chalet is just lovely and the service fantastic, but they really are the people who made this holiday so wonderful. We want to take Ash home with us!

Better food presentation, service and care than any restaurant we have been to in Edinburgh lately! We have stayed in lots of chalets over the years and this is the only one we would like to re-visit!

We all loved Val d'Isère as a resort and ski terrain, We loved the size of the chalet and spent more time in it as a result. All the meals were of a very high standard. James catered very well for our vegetarians and non red meat eater. James and Aimee make a very good team and have made our stay very enjoyable. Nothing has been too much trouble and Aimee has been amazing considering she has only been here a week. Our whole stay has been made so easy with everything catered for so we have had nothing to think and worry about
