It is split into two key elements – booking a beautiful private villa and with that acquiring membership to The Peligoni Beach Club. We love this concept as it allows you to have the privacy of a villa but also enjoy all the social, fun aspects of a laid back membership club on the Ionian Sea.

The Villas
We have meticulously selected, visited and approved our favourite Peligoni villas for you to choose from. The villas are all located either by the sea or on the hills dotted within 10 minutes of the club and offer something for everyone. Each villa is charming and individual, there is no one size fits all. From uber modern to traditional Greek, sleeping from 2 – 20 people, they come with private pools and are serviced on a daily basis. Whatever your taste preference we can point you in the right direction, give you all the detail you need, and help you find your dream Peligoni villa.

The Club
The Club is a hub of activity and has facilities to keep the whole family entertained. From an incredible crèche, teenager clubs, sun deck service, restaurants, fitness classes, water sports of every variety (see below), spa, tennis courts and regular events. Visiting the beach club is a holiday in itself.
Dining here is also a must-do experience. The club has a main restaurant along with four bars serving a variety of snacks and tipples. It is a relaxed affair where the food suits everyone’s palate. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with snacks in between are all served at the club’s restaurants. From juicy burgers and crowd-pleasing pizzas to super food salads and freshly caught fish. Grab a coffee, milkshake, or a pressed juice from the Rock Cafe or linger over a bottle of crisp Chateau Léoube rosé whilst admiring the sea views from the Decks.
The Peli Deli which is a 2-minute drive from the club. Along with providing the food for an in-villa food and shopping service, it and also offers a relaxed space to enjoy freshly made coffee and a host of daily specials. The Deli team prepare an array of cheeses, salads, marinated meats, and vegetarian options every day. There is always a stock of family favourites and ready-to-barbecue items for you to enjoy in the comfort of your villa. Pre-order one of their hampers to be delivered to your door or if you would like someone to cook for you then there are hosting services available too. You needn’t do a thing!
The Water Sports
If you are a duck to water, or would like to be, The Peligoni Club is the place to be. Taking part in water sports is an optional add on to your membership but an incredible part of the experience. Designed so that guests get the most out of the Ionian Sea you can wakeboard, sail, banana boat ride, paddleboard, water ski, or kayak with qualified instructors.
There are plenty of upgrade options for all requirements so you can choose the one that best suits you. We will assist you with choosing the best option depending on your activity preferences when you book.
The Children
A happy, relaxed family holiday is all a parent could ask for and one of the reasons we love Peligoni is for its amazing childcare options. We could not extract the kids out of the crèche, and when we eventually did at the end of the week, it was with a Peligoni travel diary, ‘beautifully’ decorated t-shirts, and huge smiles.
There are options for all ages from pre 3 years old in the creche, Sharkey & George fun activities for the 4-12 year olds, specific experiences for the soon-to-be-teenagers (11-13) and then a program for the older teens that they can choose to enjoy and make new friends. They even have a special May revision week for those with exams looming… don’t let those pesky exams ruin anyone’s holiday!
The Island
If the Villa and The Club don’t keep you occupied enough then there is plenty more in the surrounding areas to explore.
The southernmost of the Ionian islands, you could say that Zakynthos is a tale of two places. In its south you’ll find a plethora of party-goers, sandy beaches and bustling bars. In the north, where The Peligoni Club resides, you’ll discover a beautifully untainted way of life. With the occasional ring of a goat’s bell, the peaceful ambience, azure waters and glorious Greek heat, Zakynthos is the epitome of rustic and idyllic with opportunity for you to shop and eat like a local in some fantastic tavernas that we have tried and tested. They serve plates of amazing local Greek dishes from hearty homemade moussaka to calamari with tzatziki.
