Villa Tombolino – Tuscany, Italy
Tombolino is a one of a kind villa with stunning interiors, fabulous pool and a hot tub with views across the Val d’Orcia. It is the ideal villa for larger groups or families with teenagers who want their independence. A vast terrace surrounds the villa with several pergolas, patios and covered dining areas from where one can enjoy 360° views of the valley and beyond. Guests will relish sunset apero’s relaxing in the large west facing hot tub watching the sun set over Senesi.
The infinity pool is also perfectly positioned to soak up the Tuscan sun during the day.
Inside there are three living rooms, a dining room, spacious kitchen and six en-suite double bedrooms (five double and one twin/double). All of the bedrooms are spacious and individually styled with exceptionally comfortable beds, top quality linens and, of course, enchanting views across the countryside.
Separate to the main house there is a fabulous two storey barn, with three further double/twin en-suite bedrooms. In the barn there is also a relaxation area with a bar, kitchenette, and a gym.
Nearby to Tombolino there are all manner of classic hilltop Tuscan villages including Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico and further afield day tips can easily be made to Siena, Perugia, Assisi and Florence. For the more energetic there are plenty of activity available including hiking, horse riding and cycling. For those that are more interested in food and wine then there are all sorts of fabulous cantinas and markets to visit including Montalcino with its famous Brunello and Pienza with its yummy pecorino cheese!

Sleeps 18 guests. 12 in the main house (5 double and 1 twin/double) and 6 guests in the barn (3 double/twin rooms). All the bedrooms are en-suite.

The villa has a weekly changeover (due to local touristic rental restrictions, housekeeping is paid for locally at an extra charge). A daily clean, laundry, linen change, shopping, driver, babysitting, a chef, wedding planning, event organisation, beauty treatments and guided tours can all be organised on request.
