Lunous

Lunous

Lunous is the pride of the fleet, promising an idyllic Mediterranean sojourn.  Whether you’re moored in a turquoise bay for a morning swim, gliding through the water to your next anchorage, or watching the sun set with a deliciously chilled drink in hand, she’s a floating haven. All you need to do is take each day as it comes and soak up the Mediterranean sun. Beautifully laid out, Lunous boasts the most enormous open plan deck for relaxing and dining, with plenty of space below too.

Unwind on the foredeck hammock when you’re at anchor, or sit back in the deck chairs at the stern and watch the water slip by. There’s a 4m rib for waterskiing, banana boating and wakeboarding, and for taking you to little secluded beaches for a bit of land lubbing. There are also two SUPs that can be transformed into windsurf rigs and for the less energetic, a towing mattress.

service

Lunous is a crewed yacht and comes with a skipper and a chef to look after you. Great locally sourced food is a very important part of the trip with breakfast and lunch included. Your chef will take advantage of the local and seasonal produce, whilst the captain will endeavour to catch fish… or perhaps stop the fisherman in the morning for the catch of the day. For dinners you can step ashore to dine at a traditional Greek taverna or eat on-board choosing both your menu and location.

Guests can be as involved as they like in the sailing, no experience is necessary but experienced sailors can take complete control and the crew will just be on hand as required. For more information about what to expect while on board please see attached PDF.

Lunous includes unlimited use of the watersports equipment and speedboat.  The yacht carries water-skis, a wakeboard, a “Ringo” doughnut, stand up paddleboards, a wind-surf rig and snorkelling equipment.

The saloon has a 32 inch TV with DVD player, there is also a Bose music system including deck speakers so you can play your favourite tunes. Hopefully you can switch off while on-board but if emails do need to be accessed there is 3G based wifi on board.

The cabins and the living areas have individually controlled air-conditioning.

routes

This is one of the most beautiful sailing areas in the world. In a typical week you can expect to see dramatic scenery, idyllic coves, and a myriad of picture postcard fishing villages with atmospheric bars and tavernas. Your sailing route is tailored to your preferences so when planning your holiday, it is important to understand what your group would like.

Would you prefer to sail as much as possible and maximise miles covered; or travel at a more leisurely pace and stop for water- sports and swimming along the way?

Most trips start and finish in Corfu and will cruise the Northern Ionian Islands. For those wishing to cover more miles, there is the option to head further south, and explore the Southern Ionian too. For more information on routes and prices please see the attached PDF.
