It requires talent and true dedication to produce food to the standard that Fish&Pips offer up in the mountains, but it takes serious passion to do it for an entire decade and strive to be better and better each year.
Hospitality is clearly at the very core of both businesses and it shows. Holly and Philippa love food and have always seen it as the gateway to elevating your ski holiday to the next level.
Their food is completely up to date and they seem to have their finger on the pulse at every move. But for me it is the attention to detail that makes them both companies I love working with.
