A massive congratulations goes out to our chef Pete from Chalet du Guide as his old place of work the Danesfield House Hotel is awarded a Michelin Star. Pete has spent the last three years working in the kitchen at Danesfield House alongside chef Adam Simmonds before we snapped him up here at Fish & Pips to come and chef in Chalet du Guide. All inspections were complete before Pete left so he really has had a significant hand in this momentous occasion for Danesfield House. Modest as always Pete has played this one down but we all know how hard these things are to achieve and I would like to say how thrilled we are to have Pete on board. Well done Pete!!
