On the subject of taster menus, Philippa and family are coming over to Meribel to stay in Chalet du Guide for the week. We’re very excited to have them all here, but even more excited at the prospect of the continuous tastings that will be prepared by Kevin and occuring most evenings in order to select her wedding menu. It’s tough, but someone’s got to do it.
