Rest-assured, whilst our name has changed we have not. We are still the same small, bespoke and personal Tour Operator, but we can now take you further and on holidays for a lifetime.
- Entry to Fish&Pips “12 days of Christmas” prize draw run via Instagram is open to UK residents aged 16 and over.
- To enter the Prize Draw, you must FOLLOW @fishandpipstravel and the other relevant brand, LIKE the competition post and TAG a friend.
- There is no limit of entrants per person per day.
- There will be one (1) prize winner per competition post day of the Prize Draw with a total of twelve (12) winners over the Promotional Period.
- The Promotional period is from the 1/12/2021 – 25/12/2021.
- The winner for each day of the Promotional Period will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be the notified by our commenting on the next prize post and by a direct message by 26th December 2021.
- Unless otherwise stated, the winners’ must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If they do not do so, then Fish&Pips reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The prize(s) will be sent by post within twenty eight (28) days of the winners’ claiming their prize and providing their details to Fish&Pips.
- By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Fish&Pips control. Fish&Pips will not be liable for any such instances.
- Any decision of Fish&Pips as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Fish&Pips accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prizes.
- Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Fish&Pips reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
- Fish&Pips reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
- Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s terms of service.
- By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Fish&Pips for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with Fish&Pips Privacy Policy.
- The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
- All entrants fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
