Summer News and Offers from Fish & Pips

You might think the pace of life at F&P settles down a bit during the summer months, but July has been full steam ahead for the full-time team. It’s now only 17 weeks to go until you can hit the slopes again (not that we’re counting) and we want to make sure we’ve got everything polished and finely tuned before we welcome our guests back for another cracking winter.

Highlights this month have included a staff brainstorming day in London, which resulted in some very exciting ideas for the company; the photo shoot for the F&P Cook Book 2015 (praise to our wonderful chefs Vinny, Kev and Jake who managed to produce 55 dishes in 3 days, and the talented Rachel Ryder-Otrdieg who photographed them all beautifully!); acquiring Snowdrop – a new property in Meribel; and not to mention recruitment that is in full swing.

Sales have by no means slowed down during the summer months (several peak weeks are almost completely sold out already) so we do urge you to get booking as soon as possible to secure that all important ski holiday for next year! If that wasn’t reason enough, don’t forget we are currently running a special offer of 5% off all non-peak weeks for early summer bookings before August 31st. What are you waiting for?!
