The Abinger Cookery School

In the Alps it is full steam ahead with training and first guests.  The temperatures have dropped, staff are trained up, supermarkets have been emptied and ovens preheated and F&Ps new chefs have cooked and tasted and cooked and tasted so much so the team are all feeling the pinch on their trouser waist bands!  This got us thinking – we haven’t yet shouted enough about our sister business The Abinger Cookery School.

Nestled in to the Surrey Hills the school, known as The Abinger, has now been open 10 months.  Veteran F&P chef Vinny heads up the kitchen, sometimes assisted by former Le Christophe chef Sam and sometimes by guest chefs – Adam Byatt of Trinity in London has even done a demo.  If you come back from your F&P holiday inspired to learn to cook like our chefs then why not book on a course – we specialise in a great Chalet Chef course, but also offer 1 and 2 day courses http://www.abingercookeryschool.com/calendar/courses/ and a monthly Supper Club where you can come and try some of the food.
