Huge pat on the back for the 3Vs and Espace Killy pisteurs!

14th February 2011

Contrary to popular belief (the British press!), most of our pistes in the 3Vs and Espace Killy are in tip top condition.

Considering we haven’t had any snow since the 10th January, the pistes are superb.  There are of course some that should be avoided like the plague, but if you head up early, choose the right pistes and have yourself a good pair of piste skis then you’ll be laughing.

Our guests over the past couple of weeks have been really pleasantly surprised with the conditions and especially with our Golf run home down to Meribel Village – there is no home-run like it and you can still ski back the chalets.  This is when the 3Vs and Espace Killy come into their own – the piste maintenance has been seriously impressive.

Here are some shots of some super dooper pistes from the past few days…..

I spy carving lines on the Lapin run! See, not all our pistes are ice and rocks!

So, the snow that is forecast this week and the low that is coming to the Alps next week will only make our pistes even better!
